<p>Hello all <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>I understand that LG support is not something that is really done from SOE's end, but was wondering if this may qualify?</p><p>I recently purchased a new toon, and two lots of plat. I sent the toon to game, and then sent the pp to that toon. The toon went to the game fine, but the plat never showed up on that toon, or any other toon on that account.</p><p>I was wondering if I should open a ticket to have an audit done? Is this something that SOE will even deal with given that LG is a second party?</p><p>Just looking for a little assist please <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Thank you all for your time.</p>

<p>Did you check the ingame mail?  Platinum should show up there.</p>

<p>I did. I have waited almost 12 hours as well, thinking there could be some delay *I know items sent to game are usually instant*. There is nothing in the mailbox so to many mails is not an issue either.</p>

<p>Thanks Shareana, I saw that as well. The items were in my holding area, and I chose to send them to game, to the toon I had <em>just </em>sent to game from the holding area as well. Thats the only reason I am even asking to see if I should bother with a SOE ticket since I know they do not handle LG. I just wasnt sure since my toon went put the two items after didnt that it maybe got eaten by the server or blocked for some reason. I do however have an email in to LG for assistance on their side as well.</p><p>Thanks all for the suggestions so far though, I do appreciate it <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>We're not going to be able to help with that.  We can't even see that transaction.  You will need to start up a ticket with LG for investigation.  If there's anything else we <em>can</em> do for you, just let us know.</p>
