New performance problem on Test Server

<p>Hi,</p><p>I've a problem on the test client that I never had before.</p><p>When I cast a spell, I have a 4-5 second freeze!</p><p>I'm running Shader 3.0 and had no problem of this kind before.</p><p>Any idea?</p>
