SAFE HAVEN wants you..and you want Safe Haven!Safe Haven, a multi-game Guild that has been in Norrath on the Antonia Bayle server since launch is looking for players, new, returning or already playing, that want to join in a mature, casual, fun Guild to experience what EQ2 has to offer.Currently Guild level 90 with a Tier 3 Hall off the Antonica coast, Safe Haven accepts all classes and races. Our Hall contains all transportation hubs, a complete crafting area including harvesting depot and both tradeskill writ npc's. What will you get?The knowledge and support of an experienced (and some not so experienced) player base. What we don't know the answer to, we find out or make up.Friendly, supportive Members with a sense of humor. This is a game - have fun!A Guild Hall full of goodies, and talented crafters willing to share their knowledge as you learn the tricks of the trade, or offer their services to provide you with the best weapons, armor and supplies to make your life in Norrath that much easier.Regularly scheduled events that encourage groups and activities. Currently we have a Heritage Quest night, a Crafting Instance night, a night set aside for those over level 70 and up to group and a night for lower levels (currently in the 20's) to group and explore lower level content. Mentors always welcome! We encourage different play styles and currently have Members assisting other Guilds in alliance raiding. If this your style, here is an opportunity to join, learn, develop and perhaps one day, lead and participate in raiding. Leadership that tries. What more can be said? It is impossible to make all the people happy all the time, but in Safe Haven we strive to maintain open lines of communication and respect. We want to hear your thoughts, concerns, complaints, ideas and suggestions and with the support of the Guild, implement what we hope makes the experience of being in Safe Haven and Norrath that much better. What you won't get:Drama. Really. As a player base, Safe Haven does not accept everyone, and not everyone finds Safe Haven to be their fit. We understand, and it is ok. We expect mature, respectful behavior in interactions between Members and anyone else you meet in Norrath and as a result, you will generally find us to be fairly laid back and drama free. You won't get a guaranteed group every time you log in. We are mostly mature players with jobs and kids. Like you, our play time can be limited, so we encourage folks to talk with each other, set up times to meet and adventure. It is the best way to get to know each other and have a great time. You won't get power leveling. We embrace many different play styles in Safe Haven. From those who go 1-90 in a week to the player who wants to do every quest in the game, those who love to group and the player who likes to explore on their own, or simply craft. EQ2 offers more play style facets than many mmo's and we want you to enjoy playing in a way that gives you the most fun.No..you can't join to buy a horse. We want our Members to become a part of our Safe Haven family so we are not a convenience store. We strive to get to the know the players behind the characters. Many of us have met in real life and become friends. Some of us recently hung out at Fan Faire and matched up faces with names!Do check our website at http://www.safehavenguild.com/home or send a tell in game on Antonia Bayle to Justin or Murryha. Better yet, do a /who all Safe Haven and chat with anyone on. We are happy to answer your questions!Safe Haven: fun, casual and we hope, your last Guild!

Happy New Year Norrath!

Well... all the great real life fun and adventures have kept many of us away from the forums and the game (me included), but with the start of the new year, things are beginning to move forward in game

We are excited to welcome all the great folks, too numerous to name, to Safe Haven that joined us over the holidays, and as always, are looking for more to join in the fun. We welcome all levels and classes, new or returning players!

We are still casual, still drama free (really!), laid back and fun. We have Members of all levels and are encouraing folks to group and explore the game and the world together. Many of us, like you, have busy lives, but we do our best to support, help and encourage those who choose to join us.

Do check us out and give us a try! View our new site at www.safehavenguild.com, or send a /who all Safe Haven in game to talk with Members to learn more about us.

We have some things going on as well, just to give you a taste of what SH is up to.

Our twice monthly raids are beginning to shape up as we all learn more about what it takes to organize and get the job done. We are moving up to explore level 70 instances and raids, and are looking forward to the challenge, bringing at level and mentored folks alike. Groupage with Guildies is always good times!

Our twice a month HQ night is completing the Cloak of Flames this next week, so pre-grats to all in finishing that! With our influx of new Members, we will modify our HQ nights into high and low quests to help newer players, or those who may have missed HQ's to get those done. We will be running an HQ completion night as well to help our Members get that last step done!

On Wednesday nights we are running level dungeons just for fun and to see things folks may have missed. Permafrost this week just for kicks, and we will intersperse that with Crafting Instances as well.

Safe Haven invites players of all style to join us. Pure crafter? Welcome! Casual? Welcome! Adventure only? Welcome! Alt-a-holic? We understand, and welcome!

EQ2 is a game, and games should be fun. Games are more fun with folks to group and hang out with and Safe Haven is looking for more new friends!

Have fun and here is looking forward to meeting you in the world of Norrath!

I resent the implication of this thread's title. I am NOT a mature individual. Sheesh!
