<p>Every time I run the patcher, I click on the play button and then I get this message:</p><p>Error: There was a problem accessing your account information.</p><p>Then I just click the play button again and it's fine, but then if I try to go directly to a character on the zone loading page it will be stuck on "connecting to server" and then send me to the character select screen. I then try to enter the character from there, but I get the same problem, and only after doing this 3-4 times will it work. Occaisonally, when I'm trying to change zones it will also happen. It is getting really annoying, and I would appreciate it if somecould help. btw I'm on a cheap Toshiba laptop and I'm not having any internet trouble.</p>
