Where is Arbiter Selek now?

<p>Seeing that we don't fly around on the cloud stations in the KoS zones anymore, where is Arbiter Selek to get the quest "By Land? By Air? By Sea?"? (he was on that tiny island only accessible by jumping off the cloud.)</p>

<p>Yah, now you are teleported to the pad and the cloud "tour" doesn't take you near his spot.</p>

<p>I camped at his old spot last night, he isn't there anymore after GU 57.  I haven't been able to find where he's been moved to yet.</p>

<p>New location is 232.85,-847.22,332.72. He's at the southwest corner of the center island, all the way at the bottom.</p>
