Function keys help

<p>Nobody seems to be able to help me with this...  When i'm playing my function keys do their normal windows functions (f1 - help f2 and f3 brightness up and down, etc).  They won't do what they are set to do in game (f1 - target self, f2-f6 target the rest of my group).</p><p>Under options - Performance, I found a box that says Block windows (tm) keys in full screen mode.  If I check that off, and enter full screen mode, my f1 key will target myself, but the rest of them still do their regular function, and do nothing in game.  (besides, I don't want to play in full screen if possible).</p><p>Thanks for your advice.</p><p>J</p>

<p>Silly question, but does your keyboard have a "F Lock" key all the way over to the right of your F12?  Mine does.  It toggles the F keys from being F keys or regular windows functions as you describe.  If you have one, try hitting it once and see if you have different results.</p><p>The option to block the Windows (tm) key in preferences refers only to the actual Windows Key (near ctrl / alt) that would normally bring up the start menu and interrupt the game if you accidentally hit it.</p>
