<p>I try to follow the guidlines for adding the appropriate file to the exceptions list, but can't find it.</p><p>Please help.</p>

<p>Update. Spent about 15 minutes on phone support. Tried toggling back and forth with enable DEP on critical programs only. Apparently my problem is unique.</p><p>5-10 days of downtime for me. Not my fault.</p>

<p>i spent all day yesterday getting the game to work, finally got it going. tried to log in this morning and the launcher freezes when i hit play. WTG SOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

<p>A friend of mine had the same problem and we got it to work by installing the game in the folder c:eq2 instead of the default game folder. Hope this will help you out.</p>
