want a refund please

<p>Hi i have just recently subscribed and as soon as soon as i did like on day later you guys announced that you are going f2p i have no desire to play anymore untill f2p comes out i would like a refund i dont think how you guys waited to the last possible moment to announce this i mean lotro announced this way before it is supposed to be coming out if i had known you were going f2p i would have waited till f2p comes out and then spend my money that way please give me money back</p><p>thanks</p><p>andy</p>

Live chat can be accessed via the Search the Knowledge Base Link in the upp right corner. Their hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific - make sure you adjust those hours to match your time zone</p>
