<p><span style="color: #00ffff;">My alchemist on test cannot create any expert versions of any of the lvl 16 tier 2 fighter offensive stances. </span><span style="color: #00ffff;">The character has the tier 2 advanced scholar recipes scribed. It does not recognize that I </span><span style="color: #00ffff;">have the alkaline loam in my bags. Had no problem creating the fighter defensive stances and other combat arts that need alkaline loams. My guild on test does not have a hall and harvest depot. </span></p>
