launcher not retreaving assets and other problems

<p>Since Sunday I been trying to get into the game but every time I click on the launcher I get a message telling me " Unable to retreive assets from server " when I click on the short cut when I go into my start menu and click on it I get a message telling me that it is not a win32 app . I don't know much about computers so I am not sure how much info I can give other then I am using windows 7 (the 64 bit one) and I have my firewall set to let everquest run . I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and am starting to get very agrivated with this . If any one can help please do so . Thank you ,</p>
