<p>The Erollisi's Charm item from the valentines day quest has an awesome sparkly effect, but it only works if it's equipped in an active slot. It does not show the sparkly effect when in appearance. Please change this to either show in appearance or have it a click to use like the harvesters cloak for the size increase, rock form and it's sparkly effect.
