Decent T9 haste items?

<p>Looking for a decent haste item in T9, preferably something that doesnt require raiding.  Tried looking on lootdb but they dont seem to have a filter for haste.</p>

There's a pair of Fabled Plate Gloves on the Mark of Arad dealer in Paineel that have 35 haste on them, for 25 seals (no upgrade part cost)... I can't remember the name. I realize raiding is required to get them, but I think they are overlooked (even unknown) by many. They are definitely hast-not-meant-for-scouts gear, and not difficult at all to get if you are raiding. Aanak Guk
