is it frowned upon to wear pvp gear in heroic instances?

<p>im not sure if heroic mobs crit hit or not, but would i get ran out of a group for trying to tank a heroic in my pvp set? aside from the crit mit, its all better then my TSO stuff.</p>

<p>No, heroic content is alot easier this xpac and gear doesnt really matter at all in them.</p>

<p>You only need Crit Mit in the x4 raiding zones, As far as I know mobs don't have critical attacks in the herioc zones or even the x2... So BG gear is all fair game.</p>

If you were a tank, there is no other option than BG gear if you don't raid. Crit mit does not matter in heroic instances and the BG gear is waaaaaay better than the shard gear. Which is a problem all unto itself.</p><p>Double the resists, 100 more mit, way more crit bonus, and nice life tap procs. THe only piece of shard gera I have is the sholders for the 11% potency in PvE. Other than that I am all BG gear. Even the jewelry with the stone will procs and barrier procs (which work in PVE) are awesome.</p>
