<p>it depends on what your stats are on the character, the templar most likely has no stats that effect haste or dps, but the paly prolly does... So if the paly has 75 DPS mod already, I would say illy's haste more, but if that paly has a low DPS mod and 50% haste already, I'd like the coercer's DPS mod more..</p><p>But generally, on my paly, I'd take illy's haste over coercer DPS mod any day, 100% haste is freakin sweet making timing auto attacks not such a big deal, plus with aoe auto attack, it's really awesome</p>
