reinstalled, but not able to choose characters

<p>Hi,</p><p>I've reinstalled EQ II on my windows 7 computer, but not I can't choose any of my characters.</p><p>It gives me the option to create a new character, but that's not what I want <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>I have an active subscription, so that can't be the case either.</p><p>what's the problem here?</p>

<p>You are probably logged into the wrong Region.  There are two English Regions, one EU and one US, as well as several other non-English Regions. </p><p>In the Station Launcher, once you get to the game selection page, click the Station menu option, look in the Languages dropdown menu and make sure the proper flag is selected before you click the game button to launch.</p>
