What does this mean for a wizzy?

<p>When i mouse over Avoidance it shows this, in red letters....</p><p><img src="http://i262.photobucket.com/albums/ii83/Ghostsouls/avoid.jpg" width="398" height="140" /></p><p>I have all upgraded gear, nothing is old or below level.  Is this something that is inherent to wizzy's or is there something i need to do to get this up to par???  Any help would be appreciated.</p>

<p>This is usually when your skill isnt maxed, so for example you have just levelled and not been attacked often enough for your defence skill to rise to its max score for the level.</p><p>Its not something you need to buy its when you need to raise by getting attacked.</p>
