Daggers or Swords?

<p>Is it better to stick with daggers or would swords be alright? Is one better than the other for a Swash?</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>These days, whichever you have that has the best stats/effects on it is the best honestly When the game first released mobs had natural defenses to different melee damage types so it mattered. That feature was removed quite awhile ago, and the only Combat Art we have that specifies a weapon is our ranged CA requiring a throwing weapon rather than a bow.</p><p>While leveling I'd harvest rares to get one slash and one pierce made, just so both skills would remain maxed for level, because you never know when you may luck into a great drop and it would be a shame to have a nice slashing weapon drop and have a slash skill of 120/450</p>
