Timetravelling was one of the best dev's you had. Why would you lay him off? Where are you planning on going with this game, that you don't want fun, inventive encounters like Roehn Theer?

Finding out that you let him go is very dissapointing for me and many other players. I helped test wing 3, it's not fun. It's pretty standard kill XYZ heal hard cure harder content. Roehn Theer is a fun fight, that brought a TON of new things to the EQ2 raider. Falling blocks, while annoying, can add a whole new level of environmental awareness to players. No aoe's, no damage shield, yet still the mob wrecks raids. It's a GREAT encounter. What could you POSSIBLY be thinking in letting TT go? He's also one of the more responsive dev's when something comes up, or when something needs to be fixed.

You just layed off the person whose salary you should be increasing, because you should have this guy working on EVERY new raid encounter. Whenever I heared a mob/zone had TT's hand in it, I was interested to see what kind of new challenges would arise.

This is a fairly hostile post due to the radical nature of what you've done here. Ask your community, post a poll asking who likes the work TT has done. I'm guessing you'd get 95%+ approval rate from your raiders. I know you don't post there, but check out flames, there are a ton of the upper echelon players who are upset by this.

This is taking a sharp, burning stick, and putting it in the eye of people who still play this game. Call TT, and bend over backwards to get him back, letting him go was a terrible decision. You don't need less people, you need more, and TT was one of the best people you had designing encounters for you, at least from a PLAYER's perspective, and we are your customers after all. He was also communicative, something that we players really, really value.

Thank you for your time reading this, I hope it influences someone out there who can make the phone call to reverse this decision.
