I have just hit 90 and I am looking at some possible upgrades but not sure what to get. I have no clue what stats I should be attempting to stack. Should I look for Parry or Def on items and I see alot of stuff with Wis on it at the cost of lower AGI. Do I need more Block % is that something to stack? I guess what im looking for is what are the important stats for tanking and where abouts should I be looking to get these stats to and if it is at all possible could you please let me know when to stop stacking said stats as well if I need to that is.

Thank you in advance for all your help.

I think what else you need depends somewhat how you are already setup.

For me, my MIT is already almost 70% self buffed so I am trying to increase parry/block since they will be of more benefit. My resists arent great but I am working on those. WIS would help but its more a gear issue for me (I dont raid so mainly looking at legendary gear)

Okay yeah that would seem to make sense my Avoidance is 65% unbuffed but my Mit is just under 60%. Im not sure how to increase mit other than more armor on gear. Is there a stat like say defense that increases it or is it pretty much just better gear? Im currently wearing full set of brelium MC lvl 82 armor with the 84 shield. My earrings and other jewelrey is all pretty much legendary lvl 88 to 90 mostly. I grabbed what adornments I could but not very many of them increase mit if any, but alot of def and parry. Im just really clueless on how to tank in EQ2 and what I should be looking to attain stat wise for tanking. My wife and I duo'd probably 88 out of the 90 levels so I really am a noob to the end game. I love this game and want to be good so any input is welcome.

Gear will have % mitigation increase as a blue stat. Thats the stat to look for on items if you wanna increase your mit. TSO shard armor and T3 used to have mit increase as a set bonus, and T4 armor did too. There are also yellow, blue and red adornments for chest.
