<p>I know that in your official capacity most of your forum time is spent in the general areas of the forum and not in the support section, however due to some "mis-communication" given by you via the <strong>Official News and  Announcements</strong> your presence and attention is needed in the Support forums under Station Cash.</p><p>Your original post concerning the double XP and double Station Cash Holiday Week end is seen here:</p><p><a rel="nofollow" href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=481858" target="_blank">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=481858</a></p><p>I would like to note that this was added/changed as of today:</p><p><em><strong>NOTE: This is only for cards redeemed between Friday, July 2nd 2010 (after 12 noon PDT) and Monday, July 5th, 2010 (before 12 midnight PDT).</strong></em></p><p><strong>Message edited by SmokeJumper on 07/06/2010 11:37:47.</strong></p><p>As you can see this has caused some confusion and a multitude of tickets to be sent in to customer service all of which have had no response as of yet. <p>If your issue is the date of the change smokejumper did in fact annouce it was cards before the event started. </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 1px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 1px;"><span style="color: #ffffff;"><span style="color: #ffffff;">"Double SC weekends are designed, honestly, to sell the little retail cards."</span></span></span></p>

<p>His post was updated this morning, correct. But the <a href="http://everquest2.com/news/read/current/3604" target="_blank">article on EQII Players</a> had the proper time listed on Thursday and has been visible since, as has the <a href="list.m?topic_id=482057">Double Station Cash Weekend!</a> post made in the Community News forums on Thursday, so the correct information was out there, and those who watch the official news page and other parts of the forums should have gotten the times doubly confirmed. (Always a good idea to check there!) <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" /></p><p>We do apologize for the confusion though. We asked SmokeJumper to edit his post this morning to reflect the time listed in the article, which is what he did.</p><p>Customer Service is fully aware of the situation and is handling tickets as they get to them.
