Anyone played with this yet? How good is the 25% increase?

Primarly in raids i am MT healer and use the CA's to work decent dps inbetween wards cycling. I understand The concept of 25% but is it really worth it vs giving up other SF AA's? Anyone done any serious testing that can equate a +dps increase with it?

Imagine how bad you would want a piece of gear with 25% potency. The reuse on this CA is one of the quicker ones. As far as a +dps increase, that's entirely situational.

Ty. See this is why i need more caffine in the A.M.

You gave me the tools to find my own answer. Went back to some old parses, multiplied my ext dps for chilling strike by .25 and that should be my increase right?

Atm i dont see the increase being worth 5 AApts.

Try using the spell instead. Recast is silly fast, and with all the cast haste now available, the cast time is not prohibitive like it used to be.

yea, this i know. but atm i'm pretty maxed on what i can do, between warding, healing, debuffing, I just run all my CA's into my rotation and move back to healing asap. If i wasnt MT healer i'd have more breathing room for casting instead of using CA's but as it stands now i think i'd feel too pressured.
