Not much data to go on but my first guess would be Shaders 3.0. Check in your Options under Performance and see if Shaders 3.0 is checked and if so, uncheck it and restart.You might wish to post your dxdiag dump here. There are those that help out here that can actually read the things and find interesting problem areas sometimes. I'm not one of those smart people though.

My wife has the same thing, but it only happens if she has been to ZEK, anywhere else and it looks normal, she has shader 3.0 on aswell.

Like Layton says, it only happens in Zek. I zone in, graphics start out fine. But after a few moments in Zek my graphics become more and more distorted. The problem is persistant, so if i then go to another zone the distorted graphics are still there. The only way to get the graphics back to normal is a full restart.For a while i thought it was a problem on my side, but this post shows it could very well be a server side thing.Are there more people who have seen this happen?I am at work right now, but when i get home i will make a bug report.

well that makes me feel better. i was oc the video card when it first started and even after i took it back to normal it still happened. i was getting worried i messed the card up.

Well, i did some more testing on this and did a /bug.As far as i can see its only happening with Zek, and only in shader 3.0It starts with the models of some mobs/mounts, then NPCs, then items and scenery. And in the end even the toon itself gets distorted.I asked some other people to test this, and they had the same thing happen. That makes it reproducable and the chance that it is a harware or driver bug on our end slim to none.Moving to another zone doesnt help, even if you were in Zek only for a minute the problem will happen and get worse in the same manner as it does if you stay in Zek.

I can confirm this happens in Zek to me as well. Same issues - looks fine at first then mobs/npcs get all swirly and goofy textures then the landscape gets single colored like the screenshot. Every other zone works fine. When I zone out of zek it carries over to the other zones. I am also running shaders 3.0 and have latest nvidia drivers. Also switched video cards (GTX470/GTX285) and confirmed same thing so I think it is something in the zone. Hopefully a fix soon ....

Screen shot below of the NPCs when they get swirled/corrupted. This happens before the general environment gets messed up. Seems to very reliable for me in Zek after about 15 mintes in the zone.
