Refer a freind?

The knowlege base has the exact steps that need to be done</p>

<p>Yeah I did make sure they set up an account using the email.  Because it was for my wife and I set it up myself.</p>

You lso do not need the mount to mentor your friend. group and mentor for their bonus</p>

<p>So the response I got was a non answer non solution.  They said to start the refer a friend process over again and that there is nothing they can do.  Horrible BS response if I have ever heard one.  The problem is that the new account has been paid for and she doesn't want to start a new character and pay an additional fee.</p><p>Very disappointing and now I understand why SOE has a horrible customer service reputation.  I figure rather than try to fight them in an endless stream of ignored emails I would just post about my experience here and let word of mouth handle my problem for me.  I'll wait a week then post about what happened at the mmorpg forums with a copy of the non answer non solution email.</p><p>If you guys want to make this right - you have my correct email address associated with this account.</p>
