Very poorly.

First, pentium 4's are horribad. Run away! Get something else--anything. If you are going for cheap grab an intel core i3 530 or for even cheaper platform, an am2+ board with an athlon II cpu. Will be several times faster.

That graphics card will play the game really, really, badly. You'll be able to play it though, with most settings off. I have an ati radeon 2600pro in my secondary box and it plays the game quite well with textures and such on high, but with shadows off and AA off (granted that box has a 3.8ghz core2duo though). I tried it with a 4.2ghz (oc'd) pentium 4 and the game was almost unplayable.

If you're used to playing on a better machine, you're probably going to be disappointed. Otherwise probably well enough as long as you don't try to max out your settings. It pretty-much boils down to how good the graphics have to be to be acceptable to you.

My computer, which I've been using since before EQ2 launched, is a 2.4GHz Pentium 4 with 1GB of RAM. At launch, it had a GeForce 4 Ti video card with 128MB and played fine. When that card died, I replaced it with a GeForce FX 5500 with 256MB. That was recently replaced with the same card you have, a GeForce 6200 with 256MB. The game is smoother and I've noticed less lag in major cities. Turning on Shaders 3.0 was a mistake, though! Gorgeous, but unplayable for me.

Unfortunately, I'm limited to a 4x AGP card and 1GB of RAM. If you can use 8x or PCI-Express, I'd recommend an upgrade in that area, otherwise you'll need to realize you won't be able to play with the higher-quality settings. If you can increase your RAM, that wouldn't hurt, either.

Really, "how well" is rather subjective in this situation. It will definitely play EQ2, but whether or not the quality is acceptable is a question only you can answer.
