WHERE IS QUEST GIVER?

<p>this months fair is in gorowyn, and there was a quest giver for them on the TD docks where the bell is. well, now he's gone, totallly diappeared. i know it isnt just me because other players have said they can no longer find the quest giver. ive looked all around the area, he's no where to be found. somethin bugged?  its sat, 7-3-10  10:40pm est as of this post.</p>

<p>Well apparenlty she was taken out by Devs/GMs (whomever).</p><p>I filed a petition about this last night after sitting around the docks for a few hours and finding out that other servers were missing her too (cross server chat FTW!).</p><p>I got this response - which is making me quite unhappy because since there was never any actual annoucement about her being removed; I'm wondering if she's comign back during the event- and if not [Removed for Content]?  Are they going to extend the event since the main resource for the token income is HER (esp. for low levels like me), and so we can't buy what we want to get.  Or are they just going to leave it be and say "oh you can get it again in five months no big deal" <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/e78feac27fa924c4d0ad6cf5819f3554.gif" border="0" /></p><p>Anyway apparently there's some exploit with her and they've removed her and she won't be back "for awhile."</p><p>Here was the CS response to my ticket:</p><p>QUOTED>>>></p><p>This is GM ______. <p>Questgiver for the Gorowyn City festival should be back in place now on all servers.  Rumor has it she went off looking for firework shows to watch, and had to be reminded this is not a public holiday in Norrath!  Apologies for the inconvenience.</p><p>UPDATE: unfortunately Kella's quest " Far Seas Requisition: Special Delivery" will NOT be completable this weekend, as Gantrin Hammerstein is unavailable (there WAS a potential exploit with this quest, which he has been removed to prevent).  Kella's other two quests are still available, and we will work at fixing the delivery quest as soon as possible.</p>
