Average Guardian parses?

<p>Hi all,</p><p>Could anyone tell me the average guard parse on the solo dummy, im trying to tweak my dps but i cant seem to find an ave parse to benchmark.</p><p>In mind that im not fully mastered and only have 235 aa points spent. Right now depending on gear and DW i parse arround 6.5k on the dummy which i feel is abit on the low side.</p><p>Thank you <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>thank you for your posts they help allot, are there certain potions and adornments you use? my crit atm is 89.7% bonus 47.5% potency 38.5% ability mod 758 Double attack 79.4%.</p><p>Thanks again</p>

<p>Legendary gear Guardian here and I do a training dummy once a week or so just to see what's up and I can break 6K most times with DW and offensive. I don't really have DPS gear though so I could probably get that higher if I throw on some other stat gear.</p><p>My Critical Bonus, Potency and ability mod is much lower than Emlar's. My DPS mod and haste are a bit higher. I'm at or close to 100 on haste, DPS, Critical Chnace and DA. Not 100%, but 100 dispalyed number for each stat.</p>

<p>Played around with it some more tonight, realized a couple of adorns I needed to change up and hit 13.3k consistently.</p><p>Thanks for the posts, encouraged me to look harder.</p>

<p>After getting some offencive gear and a couple new adornments i hit 10.5k consistantly on the single dummy.</p><p>Crit 101.6%, crit bonus 50.2%, potency 53.7%, ability mod 1056, DA 93.4%, DPS 67.8, haste (i need to work on <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> ) 36.1.</p><p>Using Wyrmbone Axe of Wounding and Threadcutter</p>

<p>Just got the fabled axe from cella. It's 6 second delay and I LOVE that. I was able to hit 6.5K DPS on a solo training dumby several times with my shield on and in offensive. I need to find a decent 6 second offhand weapon and see what happens. I should be able to break 8K pretty easy.</p><p>I'm not a raider so I'm looking at the axe you can buy for Marks in Moonfield. It's Legendary but it's like 135 damage rating with 6 second delay with ~1.5% mitigation increase which is handy for offensive stance. Unfortunatly I got my wizard to 90 on the bonus weekend and he ate all my Marks.</p><p>If anybody know where a decent 6 second delay off hand weapon drops (non-raid) I'd love to know and I'lljust run those instance for marks and hope it drops before I buy one.</p>

<p>So with deffensive minded up I would parse 14k to 15k on the dummy, and without it up the 12k to 13k range.  On the heroic dummy I parsed 12,6k just tried once tho.</p><p>I had to slip in an offhand I usually don't use to get my mele crit up, I'm usually around 90%ish crit, and will let the bard get me up that last little bit.</p><p><img src="http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/1508/9tparses.jpg" /></p><p><img src="http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/9695/statsay.jpg" /></p><p>On the subject of Duel wielding 6's, I'm not so found of this in groups/raids as you'll get less out of VC, dead calm, cob and anything else that has a raw % chance of procing.  Also the misses hurt a lot more.   Throw on a 2hander if you want the aoe damage.</p><p>That rapier of rigerous striking kinda sucks, I noticed the hit rates on a piercer were less than a slasher.  However when raiding I will switch that weapon into my main hand because it procs alot at that point.</p>
