Old account / server transfer

<p>Just curious if anyone knows if theres a cheap simple way for an old account (haven't played in a couple years) to transfer to a different server if re-sub? Looking at returning to EQ2 but my remaining friend playing moved to another server sometime back. I'd really like my toons on that server but a pain transfering a few toons paying the cost for each. Any suggestions to help avoid a hundred plus dollar cost?</p><p>If not should be something like that as an incentive for returning players :p</p>

<p>Character transfers are done via the Station Cash system.  The cost is the equivilent of $25 per character transfer token.  However with the Double Station Cash weekend coming up (through buying Free Realms cash cards), you can cut that cost in half.</p><p>Otherwise that's about it.</p>

<p>If you haven't played for a couple of years ALOT of things about your old characters will have changed.  I really recommend not bothering to spend cash to transfer toons, but just roll a new one on your friend's server. </p><p>Leveling is stupid fast now, and you'll be able to work on AAs as you level instead of having to play "catch up".  If your friend doesn't mind mentoring to help you level up, you can do it even faster<img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" /></p>
