Usable every 8 minutes?!

<p>I just started adorning and each time I use hotkey 3 or 6 (Subastral Weave or Subastral Binding), the cooldown for both of those skills is 8 minutes.  Is this how it is supposed to be?  I've tried logging in and out to fix it, but to no avail.  Hotkeys 3 and 6 are effectively disabled while I'm crafting adornments now.</p>

<p>My system time and date are fine.  It only happens with the adorning tradeskill and not alchemy.  Also, it only happens to Subastral Weave or Subastral Binding and not any of my other adorning combination skills (such as Corporeal Binding, etc.).</p><p>EDIT: It seems that after the first 8 minute cooldown occurs, the cooldown timer is set to the normal duration (~3 seconds or so) for the rest of my session.  I'm not sure when it goes back up to 8 minutes though, but it does happen each time I work on adorning.</p>
