Necro (PVP) Stats and traditions

<p>On what should a necromancer focus on these days ? It used to be STA then INT, but I hear today it's better to go INT then STA ? What stat should I give priority too as I level? (gear choice, racial traditions,...).</p><p>Any breakdown what human racial traditions might come in handy for a necromancer?</p>

<p>If you go with Tranquill MC gear all the way up, you will have enough of both INT and STA. And starting with level 50 (afaik) when you get the HP-to-mana regen, you will rarely be out of mana. So I don't think it has changed much - you still go for both INT and STA.</p>
