Hello, new to EQII and I've got a lvl 21 Coercer with about 30 AAs so far, once I hit 22 and get my new armor, I'll jump back into the AA game.

Since I'm planning out my tree, I need to know what does what (or who, you know). The one skill I don't understand is Mana Flow. I'm guessing that it's important because it's the first in the Enchanter Tree, and there's an AA devoted to it in the Coercer tree as well...is it important?

manaflow: sacrifice 10% mana 10%health now, 10 seconds later u get da 10% power back and the target gets 10% of their power too, can be cast on self. mostly only useful in higher tier dungeons. dont spend aa advancing the aa slot for manaflow, only put 1 there.
