Launchpad not displaying characters anymore.

<p>I have noticed when you click Display My Characters in the launch pad it now says no characters found. Any reason for this? Did the URL get changed and SoE not update it in the launchpad?</p>

Can;t remember the name of the local file but if you search the forum you should find a post with the name in it</p>

Can;t remember the name of the local file but if you search the forum you should find a post with the name in it</p></blockquote><p>Think we are talking about 2 diffent launchpads. theres the Station Launcher which does show the characters (yes I have it) there is also streaming client which I never use and then theres the good ol eq2.exe which was on the cd's from ages ago. It still updates and I hope they keep it that way. However the URL when you click to show your characters is in fact pointing to a url which also gives no characters. I think they changed the url to point towards the new eq2players site and didn't code it into the launcher.</p>

<p>When my server was crashing a lot last week, my character selection box dissapeared off the "station launcher". To get it back, when I logged out in game, I logged to character select first, then exited the game. This recreated the local file and it was there again once I restarted the launcher.</p>

Here is the URL that its requesting and again this URL shows the same when you just click the link. BTW I don't use Station Launcher I use Launchpad</p>

I have the lastest patch level of the full download station launcher. It has been mentioned in other threads this is a local file and not a url. This is a drop down box that lists your characters.</p><p>If it is anything else, verify that you have the latest station launcher from - <a href="http://launcher.station.sony.com/">http://launcher.station.sony.com/</a> there is also a link there for the support forum for the station launcher</p>

<p>Just for clarification... The OP is talking about the "Launchpad" and not the "Station Launcher", therefore downloading the newest launcher is not going to fix this. My launcher works fine, my Launchpad doesn't.</p><p>I'm having the same issue with the Launchpad. Under "My Characters", it says "No characters found."</p><p>How do I post a screenshot?
