Lucan Illusion for Maiden of Masks Quest

<p>Hi,</p><p>There is nothing clickable where the statue of Lucan used to be in North Freeport. The same step worked properly to get the book as Queen Bayle.</p><p>Has the "give illusion" location changed? I have looked for other items in NF that may grant me the illusion to get past this step of the quest such as paintings etc.</p><p>As of now I am stuck on the quest as I can't turn into Lucan to get the book in Library top floor.</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>It's still clickable, but it took me a long time to find the clicky. I really wish they'd make the entire statue clickable, though, because the spot is a PITA to find.</p>

<p>The statue was torn down at some point in the past, presumably with SF, but whatever. But the place the statue use to be still gives the clicky, so use eq2wiki to find the location, go there and hunt around where the statue used to be, waving your cursor through the air like you're trying to find that damned key mob that vanished once you killed it.</p><p>Also, a tip, there is a lvl 95 gaurd in the tower with the book, and for some reason not even Lucian is allowed near the book so if you get to close to it the guard will charge across the room and beat the crap out of his emporer in defence of the book. Stay as close as you can to the edge and you should be able to get close enough to grab the book without alearting the gaurd. Nevermind what everyone thinks when they see the emporer humming secret agent man to himself and shimmying along the edge of the floor looking back and forth.</p>

I was clicking at the base of where the statue was.</p><p>For anyone else that has problems with this the clickable area is in the empty air above the statues base.</p><p>Yay!!</p>
