<p>The white headband comes from the newer cloud mount questline in Tenebrous Tangle.</p><p>Check eq2.wikia.com and look for cloundmount timeline.</p><p>APPOLOGIES! Wrong information, that particular cap i mentioned is actually black, not white. As for the white headband, im not sure honestly.</p><p>Sorry</p>
