GoD has been around since nearly day 1 of EQ2 and plans to continue on until we are kicked out.

Looking for

We are looking to bolster our raid force as well as the guild as a whole so there are many opportunities for membership.RaidingGoD maintains an active raid force made up of those that show both the desire and skill to push the EQ2 raid content. Though any member may be able to raid within GoD, we give preference to those that show dedication and skill first and foremost. If you wish to join GoD to raid you will need to

be able to raid 75%+ of our raids (Sun 8p-11p, Mon 9p-11p, Wed 9p-11p)

play your class with skill and dedication

provide a class we currently have identified as being needed for the raids we are doing

Those that cannot meet all three requirements may still get to raid irregularly, but space will be based on current need and sign ups.

Current Raid Need

Dirge

Shaman

Predator

Swashbuckler

Shaman

Non-RaidUnlike many hard core raid guilds, GoD aims to have a portion of it's membership made up of non raiders such as crafters, casual raiders, roleplayers, and solo/group players.Crafters - GoD maintains an actively stocked crafting area in it's guild hall. Many of our current members craft and we support our members desire to do so through what means we can.Casual Raiders - GoD does have opportunities for less serious raiders to raid, though this will be irregular at best as we aim to have a dedicated roster of raiders normally. We will often pull from the non-raid portion of our guild to fill spots, but player skill often dictates who gets pulled as an empty spot is sometimes better than a poor raider.Roleplayers - GoD is not an active RP guild, but we do not bar our members from roleplaying if they so desire. Some of our existing members are serious RPers, and we sometimes do plan events in which Rping can become an active part of the event. The one are ain which RPing is not permitted is raiding. If you make a GoD raid we ask you to stay focused on raiding vs roleplaying and you will be asked to participate via Ventrillo for such purposes.Group/Solo - Some people simply have no desire to raid and we respect that. GoD encourages it's members to group with each other and we see grouping as a necessary activity for the health of any good guild. At the same time we also understand that sometimes people like to solo and as such we have no problem with our members doing that also. In addition to that we also will sometimes run contests and promotions for our non raiders to reward people that are playing the game in general.

Interested applicants can visit us at http://www.godrinal.com or by sending a tell ingame to Faush, Merovech, Leayora, Menthez, Koram, or Thitti
