You must have access to Expansion: Sentinel's Fate to enter that zone

<p>Please help, I'm using Steam for this game and I'm getting this error.  I used the Sentinel's Fate key on my account and it's saying that it is active.  However I can't access the content.  Because I'm using Steam I can't seem to figure out where to changes the options to do a full scan or download content.</p><p>Can someone tell me how to find the options to do this?</p>

Thanks for the response. From the link I was able to download the station launcher and download more content how we still have the same issue. We are able to play but we can't access sentials fate. Ar this point I assume its an account related issue compared to content. Any suggestions are appreciated.

<p>Wonder if it is the same thing that happened to me. On the release date of SF I entered my code but could not access any of the ingame content. I ended up calling Customer Support at Sony. The Rep, which she was very nice and understanding, went over my account and went over the Key I used. She said that it was infact entered properly and attached to my account BUT for some reasion my station account didn't update my game account. She flagged my account and the "techs" manually flagged teh game account. The fault was completely on their servers end, and from what I could tell by talking with her, it wasn't an uncommon issue that day.Just wonder if its kinda the same thing. Only other thing, if your account didn't goofup like mine, is a closed port someplace. I believe there was a thread around these tech forums that talked about different ports for the different expansion.Could be a Steam thing, but I know very little about Steam. I only have Left Four Dead 2 though it. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
