<p>This piece is not easily replaced. 5DA, 7crit, 4CB and 2pot (and a now worthless Barrier proc) are still excellent stats for a T9 fabled belt. I'd even go so far as to say the only better belt I've seen yet drops off Ykesha (for a fighter).</p><p>I just wish they would un-nerf barrier, the belt would be so much better...</p>

<p>It used to be a 720 point ward that procced on 30% of all blocks.</p><p>Now it is a 400 point ward that procs on 20% of all incoming damage and can only proc once every 15 seconds.</p>

<p>Weirdly enough the barrier proc on the signet of vampire kind doesn't seem to have changed, last I remember--though both have the same name still.</p>
