Pending subscription?

<p>I played everquest 2 for a while about 2 years ago. I subscribed Via credit card. No problem there. Stopped playing</p><p>I just used a prepaid card to get a month's subscription. It now says pending instead of subscribed, but I cant activate the game or anything else because I "already activated the game". The actual game doesnt seem to recognize my account as being activate. To clarify: It says pending and that I have 30 days of activation according to subscription info, but it wont let me play.</p><p>I cannot create a character, look at my old characters, join a server or....do anything really. I cant even join chat. So...how do I fix this? Or did I just waste 15 dollars and a few hours of my time.</p>

<p>First and foremost, I would like to thank you for replying. It's wonderful to see active customer support in a place where active customer support is truly needed.</p><p>I have submitted my report of the situation. Hopefully, they will help me sometime tomorrow when I call, or they will e-mail me. Oh well...no gaming today I suppose.</p><p>At any rate, thank you again for helping me; it is great to see someone actually respond and try to help a person who has a problem.</p>
