Why is load screens slowing down at loading entity resources all of a sudden?

<p>This never used to happen and now it happens almost every single time when it goes to the load screen for any reason. Sometimes it takes just 30 seconds or so but sometimes it can take well over a minute to load. Why is this and what is being down to fix it?</p>

<p>It was happening to me on Butcherblock yesterday. It was taking me over a minute to switch characters.</p>

<p>It's happening to me too.  All of a sudden it's using up much more resources than before.  At first I thought it was my end.</p>

<p>I ve heard that SOE managed to obtain 100 15 year old computers based on intel 486 (old office stuff used in Sony marketing division).  They are now used as cloud of servers. Indeed each SOE employee is required to participate to the effort : the cloud server  nodes are located at soe employee home. Brenlo last "coup" was that master move :</p><p>- bandwidth cost is now supported by employees (high performance ads).</p><p>- power cost to operate the servers is also spread on employee.</p><p>- service is  more resilient.</p>
