<p>hello templars!!</p><p>this is my first healer class i have ever tried and im loving it.  my only thing is when i</p><p>finally get them close to dieing i cant seem to finish them off!!! was wondering if there was ant items</p><p>or tactics someone could suggest that would help in this area. only thing that comes to mind is</p><p>perhaps to go tinkerer and stock up on net launchers.</p><p>thanks in advance</p>

There are some tinkering items that activate for a slow, search them on the broker Tribunal cloack and Nizara earring (which both proc CC) also prevent your victims from escaping. You could also try to stack on damage procs, that might get it easier to finish off runners.

<p>Also, you aren't going to get until almost level 70, but unswerving hammer works well for scouts that fire missle weapons at you. Make sure you time it correctly though. It has less than a minute of time before it goes away, and take a few minutes to recharge.</p>
