Lost friends list on all characters

<p>The friends list seems to be gone on all my characters (default key Y).</p><p>I am quite sure that I still had them about 12 hours ago, but now they are gone. </p><p>I am using Windows 7, but never had this problem before.</p><p>Anyone else having this issue?</p>

<p>yes, and others...and my world chat channels have moved to the custom box and I am unable to join world channels. I can't remove them from the custom channel box either.</p>

<p>I'm having the same problem. It was working fine 3 hours earlier then I logged out for a bit and came back on to the issue. No friends list, and can't communicate in any of the world channels. I'm so alone!</p>

<p>Having the same issue here. Also unable to add new friends to the Friendslist, and the mail system won't open. I'm guessing this is the issue being hotfixed later?</p>

<p>They were doing some hotfix maintenance last night on half the servers, and the rest this morning.</p><p>Your friends list is stored server-side, so it's nothing wrong on your end.  If mail services and world chat is screwed up also, then I would wager that there is a systemic problem at Sony, and will bet it will be resolved very soon, if not already.</p>

<p>Thanks for the info.  The problem is gone now, so it must have been a temporary partial system outage.</p>
