No character select or ability ro create?

<p>My only option after patching is to "Click Here For Character List".</p><p>When I do that, it says no characters found and my only option is to return to news. How do I access my old characters or make a new one?????</p>

<p>Check your region it maybe set to the wrong location. If new station launcher after you logon, check languages to set the region</p>
