Looking for this clothing

<p>Or maybe its some form of armor, I wouldint know as I cannot for the life of me find this exact style of dress, through a good two hours of previewing different cloth armor on the broker.</p><p>I'v seen several NPC's in various citys with this style of dress, this Rotonga being the nearist to me at the time of taking a screenshot for this post. <p>That is the Opulent female gold blouse and Opulent female gold skirt.  They are available from the various city merchants that sell the guild/status items.  You need to be in a guild to purchase them, and level 30 to wear.</p>
