Obscure BUG on Druid Ring event

<p>Hi all,</p><p>CAN'T HARVEST MORE THAN ONE MAGLITH? - CHECK THIS...</p><p>I've /bugged this in-game, but eventually i think I've figured out what is causing it so I'm posting here in case you have the same problem....</p><p>Last night I was working on the Druid Ring event on Kithicor in Sinking Sands. I was doing the quest solo to harvest Magliths. I got the quest, went out and got my Magliths for the umpteenth time, and when I got back to the ring, the quest givers were gone (the ring had completed). However the Defender now had the completed quest icon over his head...</p><p>No problem, I thought, I'll head over to Loping Plains and hand in there for the tokens. the Defender ported me over to LP (finally this works!), and found the quest giver - but no icon at all over the little fae's head. The others did.</p><p>oh well, I thought, it doesn't take long - so I deleted the quest I obtained from SS. Sure enough - I could get the quest from  the quest giver in LP. I did this and went out to find more Magliths...</p><p>After I harvested my FIRST maglith - the text above the others (of all sizes) disappeared, and I could no longer harvest any magliths! My quest helper window showed only 1 of 6 done....</p><p>I deleted the LP quest and got it again  - same thing. I even logged out and came back into the game - same thing. I /bugged it, and deleted it once more. I took the quest for killing the Drakota, completed that ok (and got the tokens) and tried once more for the harvesting - still only able to harvest one maglith!</p><p>My quest helper window had a few other quests in it, so I scrolled down - and Lo, and behold! The quest for the Sinking Sands harvest quest was still in my quest helper (at the bottom)! I had deleted this quest earlier on arrival in LP.</p><p>I checked my quest journal - and the Sinking Sands harvest quest was still there (with 6/6 harvests). I'm positive I deleted that quest.... This time I deleted the SS quest, and made SURE it wasn't in my journal. It still showed in my quest helper window though. I unticked the box in the quest helper - no sinking sands quest anywhere now. I was still unable to progress my LP quest.</p><p>I deleted the LP quest so I had NO harvesting quests, obtained it once more - and guess what? I could now harvest all the magliths and complete the quest for LP.</p><p>Really weird!</p><p>So - If you cant harvest more than one maglith - make sure you have deleted the the quest for any earlier zones (from both windows) and the current zone, then get the quest again.</p><p>Hope that helps someone...</p><p>-Thoronve-</p>

<p>If a ring moves before you finish a quest, you can turn them in to the Defender at the old ring. There should have been a book over his head.</p><p>If a ring moves before you finish a quest, you can complete them <span style="text-decoration: underline;">at the old ring location</span> and turn them in to the Defender.</p><p>I am not sure about the crafting quest though.</p><p>If you have unfinished quests in one location, you probably cannot finish them in the new zone. Previous quests are replaced if you move to a new ring without turning them in. They are new quests for each ring.</p><p>If you die, you won't be able to harvest Maglith's unless you camp and come back.</p><p>This is what I have noticed anyway.</p>

<p>Ug this is happening to me too today on AB, haven't tried my others on other servers yet but I have to camp out between every update. Every time, on every ring on AB.</p>

<p>I have beem in PMs with a dev on this issues, and they traced it down to having two of the harvests quests in your journal. A completd ready to turn in, and the one you just got.</p><p>If you complete the previous one, or delete it from your journal it will correct the issue.</p><p>Should be a bug fix in for this soon.</p>
