What stats effect conjurors pets too? I know some carry over from the caster to the pet but dont know which ones. Any help appreciated.

Unless i am very much mistaken, the only shared stat (for spell damage) is int. Potency, resue, casting speed and ability modifier do not affect your pet. Not quite sure about crit mit, but the pet's mana pool is also not affected by your intelligence.

what about resists?

I was under the impression that they would be shared too, but from my raiding experience it seems like they are not...

Nope. Int and Crit Mit. Believe it or not there are actually pet effects to improve pet resists. They are so small they are completely worthless, but they do exist.
