Wounds of the Heart quest broken?

<p>I've been working on this Quest, and at the step where you pray at the altar of Tunare, and get the Item Tunare's tears, the quest broke on me.</p><p>I got the quest update but did not recieve Tunare's tears so I am unable to Heal the 4 NPC's. Not sure where to go from here, Ive had a petition in for over 36hrs.</p><p>Has this happened to anyone else? a guild mate and I both did some research and couldnt find any info on this problem.</p>

<p>Do you still have the problem?  I'll be doing this quest on my second templar in the next week or two so would be interested to know.  I'll also let you know if I encounter the same problem. </p><p>Just to start with the obivous: was your inventory full at that stage?</p><p>I hope you get it resolved because having to delete and retry, thus having to kill around 150 drakes in skyfire mountains (uncommon drop seems to be around one in 4) over again would make for a less-than-entertaining night!</p>

<p>I did this quest this past weekend and didn't have a problem.  The item you get looks like a mason jar.</p>
