<p>Just a question to ask if the splurt ability on epic works on 81-90 spells ,as ive just upgraded all my spells from t8 to t9 and to my suprise my meagre damage actually went down <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.So after checking on some parses found that splurt was not working on soulrot, and pandemic.So was just wondering if this was ment to be or if this was a bug ,sorry if this has been covered before but couldnt find anything on this topic <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
