error 1017?????

Please contact customer support.</p><p>Error code: 1017</p><p>I have contacted CS twice by phone and they tell me its everyone.  so if it is everyone, how is it two other people that i brought from another game did this at the same time i did and they can and are playing?</p><p>what is the point of charging my CC already if I cant even download the freaking game?</p></span></p>
