What are the plans for the future of the Illusionist class? Can we do something about single target buffs persisting through death? Any plans to allow Illusionists to cast tc on themselves like they did with the bards?

There is general discontent with the current itemization for Sentinels Fate. Is there any plan to bring this loot up to par with expectations of the players?

Most players, myself included, "upgraded" their gear, tho most of it felt like a sideways upgrade, or even a downgrade. Please stop it with Overloaded Heals, its horrible. Healers want gear with effects like ward procs, stun immunity procs, procs that buff the group in some way, procs that buff our heals, procs that make us cast faster or more often.... There are so many cool effects already in game that could have been improved upon instead of giving us things like overloaded heals. Its like you're too scared to give us anything remotely powerful.

Have you considered allowing level capped (30-50?) fixed cost or free play to enhance low level character populations?

Here are a few questions1) We are getting new spell effects, but will these take advantage of multiple cores, or utilise graphics cards better?2) Currently mounts do not tilt to slopes on terrain, is a fix to this possible/simple?3) Also, would it be realistically possible to implement more interactive terrain? E.g. we speed up downhill, slowdown up hill, some races move slower in mud or faster on paths.4) The end levels seem to have a heavier reliance on AOE content to tank favouring one class type, and allowing it to be trivialised when overgeared (but still at the correct level), is this viewed as a problem?5) Is there a plan to revamp the buffs on the UI and how classes use them? We seem to have an awfully large number of them (e.g. I look at someone and know he's riding a horse which is kind of obvious, eating jum jum pies and wearing imbued armour which all seem a bit irrelevant to me).6) Shader 3.0 appears to be getting close to a finished task, will zones though need to be tweaked by artists to finish things off, or will Imago-Quem be involved with working on this for some time yet with more engine improvements/work?7) It might be jumping the gun, but are there any plans for what next to do graphically after shader 3.0?8 ) Imago-Quem mentioned a few months ago that looking for areas to utilise multiple cores was a hot topic in the team, are there any projects you can talk about yet/planned to optimise things for multi-core?

1. Many of my Guild mates and other server users are complaining about the amount of loot that has been tagged as "Heirloom", thus preventing the sale of loot items on the broker. Are there any plans to revamp this so that players can earn coin from unusable loot?

2. Can you please look at some sort of price-control system for player created items, in many cases, players are placing these items on the broker at cost or less, surely there should be some sort of inbuilt "profit margin" on these items, (say about 5-10%) allowing crafters who are serious about crafting (as opposed to players who craft just to attain a specific level for certain quests) to gain an income for their efforts.

1. What are the plans to improve the performance of the game engine?

2. Recently Turbine announced their flagship title LotRO is going Free2Start in the fall. How does this impact a game like Everquest II (or other SoE online games)? Many users like the "subscription + marketplace" model that Everquest II currently uses. Do you see that model as remaining viable in the future?

3. Would you consider making Marketplace items account wide "1 per character" via a mechanism like /claim? Transferring "heirloom" items through shared storage isn't very fun. Hey, I had to ask!

Is it possible to go back to a montlhy update schedule? There is too much "info downtime" to the game with the three month cycles. It gives an impression of not uch happening as there is a short burst of info time but the rest is kind of void of much info which can elave players feeling more detached from the game. Or if you want to stick with the 3 month cycle please find a way to keep people more engaged with news on plans and such.

Shaman were given smaller Wards to compensate for the fact that they were so efficient by comparison to other forms of healing. When the concept of "critical healing" was introduced, Shaman Wards were coded to crit at 1.15 instead of 1.3 to compensate for the fact that other types of healing worked on a range of values while Wards have a single value. Unfortunately, the .15 deduction was coded as a division of the multiplier (.3 divided by 2) instead of a subtraction operation (.3 minus .15). Given that crit bonus is now one of the primary methods of growth for a healer, when can we expect to see the Ward mechanic corrected?

Can we please not 'ninja' anything into patches. That is changing something, without posting about anything being changed in the patch notes. This would really be appreciated in the future.

So, where are the results of this interview? Been checking the stratics site for the last few days and the only mention of it is 1 line in the E3 overview.
