Tranquil Stone of Power still in the game?

<p>Hi guys, I came back to the game recently and have my monk up to level 62 at the moment.  I was looking for some cool items and came across "The Tranquil Stone of Power" which is dropped by "Wu the Enlightened" who is in LFay.</p><p>Does this item still exist and is it still possible to obtain it?  If not thats a bummer, looks really awesome.</p><p>Any repsonses or information about this is appreciated!!</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>iirc (i never did avatars), that is an item you can get when you let one of the avatars live. Avatars are no longer in the game.</p>
