Everquest 2 Crash on Character Screen

<p>I had taken a break from Everquest 2, and went to reinstall it. Although it may have worked without error before, every time I try to play the game, it blue screens exactly when the Character creation screen opens. This is very frusterating, and is hindering my chance to experience the game again. I have updated my driver, and done a clean install, but to no success.</p>
